- Season in Morocco
- Moroccan export reference: October–April. Red, yellow and green fruit; timing depends on colour and programme.
- Size / grading
- Commercial size bands: M 50–70 / G 70–90 / GG 90–110 / GGG 110–130 mm. Grading system confirmed with packer.
- Quality indicators
- Colour, firmness, shape and wall condition are key. No universal Brix minimum; a sweetness target may be agreed and tested per batch.
- Packaging / net weight
- 5 kg ventilated carton. Reference pallet: 88 cartons on 800 × 1,200 mm or 110 on 1,000 × 1,200 mm.
- Storage / transport
- Storage reference: +7.5°C and >95% relative humidity. Set-point and condensation control require route-specific planning.
