Product specification

Reference specifications, not confirmed stock. Final variety, season, quality and packing are agreed for each shipment.

Varieties / types: Ventura / Emerald / Snowchaser
Season in Morocco: Moroccan peak export window: January–May. Harvest may extend into June depending on area and variety.
Size / grading: Reference diameter: 10–18 mm. Larger-fruit programmes and minimum diameter require separate confirmation.
Quality indicators: Brix is tested per lot; there is no single threshold for every variety. Agree firmness, bloom, acidity and defect tolerance.
Packaging / net weight: 125 / 250 / 500 g ventilated punnets in cartons. Master-carton count agreed with packer.
Storage / transport: Rapid pre-cooling; storage near 0°C, about 90–95% relative humidity. Transit settings and shelf life agreed by lot.

Palletisation example: 240 × (12 × 125 g) = 360 kg
40 ft reefer: calculated net load: 20 × 360 kg = 7,200 kg
