Reference sheet

Product specification

Reference specifications, not confirmed stock. Final variety, season, quality and packing are agreed for each shipment.

Origin / crop: Country of origin and crop year are specified for the selected product when agreeing the shipment.
Supply window: Frozen stock can be shipped outside the harvest season; crop year and availability require confirmation.
Packaging / net weight: 10 kg carton with food-grade liner; retail examples: 20 × 500 g, 10 × 1 kg or 4 × 2.5 kg.
Storage / transport: −18°C or colder throughout storage and transport. Do not refreeze thawed goods.
Quality indicators: IQF: separate pieces. Agree broken-piece, clump and foreign-material tolerances, microbiology, residues and batch analysis. Brix is measured after thawing.

Product examples

Strawberry: Festival example; whole 25–35 mm; Brix ≥7.5° in the cited product sheet. Halves / slices are separate specifications.

Cultivated blueberry: whole about 9.5–15.9 mm; Brix 10–17° in the cited product sheet. Cultivated blueberry and wild bilberry are not interchangeable.

Raspberry / blackberry: whole berries; raspberry crumble and berry mixes by agreed recipe. Variety, Brix and grading are set by the supplier's lot specification.

Packing and shipment

Palletisation example: 100 × 10 kg = 1,000 kg
40 ft reefer: calculated net load: 20 × 1,000 kg = 20,000 kg

Container examples assume 20 pallets; the actual pallet count and payload depend on the equipment and packing plan.

Weight examples are calculations, not guaranteed container capacities. Carton dimensions, pallet height, airflow, packaging weight and route limits must be checked before booking.
