- Moroccan greenhouse reference: October–June; exact window depends on planting programme.
- Size / grading
- Angelle: about 10–12 g; round cherry reference: 15–25 g. Weight and diameter agreed by variety.
- Quality indicators
- Sweet cherry reference: 8–12° Brix; not a minimum for all varieties. Confirm firmness, colour and crack tolerance.
- Packaging / net weight
- 250 / 500 g punnets; bulk carton examples: 4 / 5 / 6 kg. Loose or on-vine packing agreed separately.
- Storage / transport
- Light-red fruit: +10…+12.5°C; mature-green: +12.5…+15°C. Humidity 90–95%. Avoid prolonged chilling.
